摘要/Abstract

摘要： 我国农业正处于从传统农业向现代农业转变的过程中,农户兼业成为一种普遍现象,由于新疆农业发展较内地落后,农户兼业现象相对较少,但是随着工业化、城镇化、农业现代化的推进,新疆农户兼业现象开始普遍,尤其是粮食主产区的农民具有较高的兼业积极性。本文运用问卷调查法,以新疆小麦主产区奇台县东湾镇200个农户为样本,分析了农户兼业行为,并构建Logit模型对农户兼业影响因素进行了分析,研究得出,农户劳动力数量、农户劳动力文化程度、家庭收入、家庭经营耕地面积、就业机会多少、自然灾害是影响奇台县东湾镇农户兼业的重要因素,因此,要促进农户兼业发展,就要采取措施提高劳动力素质及提供就业岗位。

Abstract: In China, agriculture is changing from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture, and part-time farming has become a common phenomenon.Due to the development of agriculture in Xinjiang is slower than the other provinces,part-time farmers are relatively small, but with the advance of industrialization, urbanization, agricultural modernization in Xinjiang,part-time farming become common, especially in grain producing areas.This paper has used questionnaire survey method which investigates 137 households in DongwanTown of Qitai County of Xinjiang province to analyze the behavior of part-time farmers,and structured the Logit model to analyze the influencing factors of the behavior of part-time farmers.It has concluded that the quality of rural labor force, the number of employment opportunities, and natural disasters are the important factors that affect the peasant household in DongwanTown of Qitai County. Therefore, in order to promote the development of peasant industry concurrently, it is necessary to improve the quality of the labor force and provide jobs.
