基于比较视角的清真食品与穆斯林用品专利信息分析

摘要： 清真食品与穆斯林用品有着广泛的国际市场需求,清真食品和穆斯林用品产业是新疆民族文化产业发展的重要内容之一。知识产权,尤其是专利是促进清真食品和穆斯林用品产业发展的重要推动力。本文通过专利申请检索数据分析发现:新疆清真食品和穆斯林用品申请量在时间上表现出一定的波动性;在行业、种类上表现出一定的聚集性;专利申请主要集中在传统技术领域,并以自然人为主。为此,应加大专利科技投入,加强企业标准化建设,帮扶企业申请专利以促进新疆清真食品和穆斯林用品产业专利事业的发展。

Abstract: Halal food and Moslem goods has a wide range of international demand and the development of this industry is one of the important parts in ethnic cultural industry in Xinjiang.Intellectual property rights,particularly patents,are important in promoting the development of halal food and Moslem goods industry.This paper analyzes retrieval data of patent application and finds that the application of halal food and Moslem goods presents certain volatility at the time;the industry and classification reflects clustering;patent applications are mainly concentrated in the field of the traditional technology,giving priority to with natural person.Therefore,it is of necessity to increase the patent technology input, strengthen the enterprise standardization construction,and help enterprises to apply for a patent in order to promote the patent development of halal food and Moslem goods industry.
