我国科技金融支持低碳产业发展的影响因素分析

摘要: 科技金融是科技产业与金融产业的深度融合,能够促进科技创新,加快科技成果转化和高新技术产业发展。本文通过对我国科技金融支持低碳产业发展现状的分析,认为我国低碳经济发展还处于起步阶段,技术水平低,资金投入有限,且低碳产业发展受政策性金融、科技金融市场和企业自主创新水平三方面因素的影响和制约。因此,应加强政府的引导,加快碳金融和碳交易市场的建设,提升企业自身实力,促进科技金融与低碳产业的有效融合。

Abstract: Finance of science and technology (S&T) is the deep integration of the technology industry and financial industry. Finance of S&T can promote scientific and technological innovation, accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and the development of high-tech industries. Finance of S&T has important strategic significance for the development of low carbon industry, the transformation of the mode of economic development, and realizing the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading in China. China's low carbon economy is at the initial stage. The level of technology is low. And the investment of capital is limited. The development of low carbon industry is effected by policy finance, financial markets and enterprises of science and technology. Therefore, we must strengthen the government's guidance, accelerate the construction of carbon finance and carbon trading market, and enhance companies' strength, promote the effective integration between Finance of S&T and low-carbon industries.
