本文在了解新疆乌苏市西湖镇农村劳动力基本情况的基础上,基于该镇200户农民的实地访问调查数据,运用SPSS21.0软件对数据进行信度和效度检验,继而使用AMOS21.0软件构建结构模型,分析影响农村富余劳动力转移的因素。结果表明:社会发展环境、就业发展环境和政策导向环境对乌苏市西湖镇农村富余劳动力转移有正向影响,且社会发展环境影响显著;农村经济发展和个人发展因素对农村富余劳动力转移有负向影响,且农村经济发展的负向影响较大。为此,本文从加快绿色产业发展、提高文化素质、提供就业服务、建设基础设施、进行职业培训等方面提出新疆农村富余劳动力转移的对策建议。

This paper analyzes the economic development of Xihu town in Wusu city by analyzing the research on the transfer of rural surplus labor force in Xinjiang in recent ten years and the literature review. Based on the field survey data of 200 farmers in Xihu town of Wusu City, The structural equation model is used to analyze the factors that affect the transfer of rural surplus labor force. The results show that the social environment, the employment environment and the policy environment have a significant positive impact on the transfer of rural surplus labor force in Wusu City, and the rural economic development and personal factors have negative influence on the transfer of rural surplus labor force. According to the analysis results, this paper focuses on the current situation of rural surplus labor force transfer in Xinjiang, and draws an important conclusion and gives suggestions and countermeasures in connection with the actual situation.
