本文就哈萨克斯坦2015年经济金融形势作出了分析,指出了哈萨克斯坦经济金融发展中长期存在的根本性问题,如经济多样化程度不足、美元化比重过高、市场化货币化程度低、银行主导性金融体制等。这些问题在外部因素的混合作用下形成了哈萨克斯坦独特的经济金融现象。针对已经出现的问题,本文介绍和评价了哈国政府采取的主要应对措施,并结合国际组织及哈国政府自身的预测对2016年哈国经济金融走势给出了方向性的结论。

This paper analyzes the economic and financial situation of Kazakhstan in 2015 and points out the fundamental problems of Kazakhstan to long-term economic and financial development, such as the degree of economic diversification, dollarization high proportion, the low degree of marketization monetization, bank leading financial system, etc.These factors under the effect of external factors of mixture formed Kazakhstan’s unique economic and financial phenomena.In view of the problems appeared, this paper introduces and evaluates the main measures taken by the governments, and draws the economic and financial trend conclusions connecting with the international organization and the government’s own predictions for 2016.
