新疆科技型企业已成为推动新疆区域科技创新的重要动力源,由于自身条件的限制,产学研协同创新成为新疆科技型企业提升创新能力的有效途径。本文采用典型企业访谈的方式,选择了10家企业就访谈提纲中涉及的问题进行了调研,结果发现,目前产学研协同创新活动中还存在诸多问题:从产学研参与方角度来看,学研方现行管理体制制约了参与产学研协同创新的积极性、学研方的研发成果与企业实际技术需求脱节、企业的逐利性和风险控制性导致合作方式单一、企业研发能力和知识转化能力低导致协同效率低下等;从外部环境角度来看,还缺少促进企业成为协同创新主体的政府政策及明确支持产学研协同创新的科技政策和经济措施,而且金融中介和科技中介服务的支持力度也不足等。为此,本文从产学研三方参与主体视角及外部环境视角分别提出相应的对策建议。
