为了更好地研究我国跨境贸易人民币结算问题,本文针对新疆企业设计了调查问卷,并对回收的问卷进行了统计。基于调查问卷的统计结果,分析了新疆跨境贸易人民币结算的基本特点和面临的问题。结果显示,新疆企业进行跨境贸易结算时仍以美元为主,人民币所占比例不高;结算货币的选择受贸易伙伴影响较大。当前新疆跨境贸易人民币结算还面临业务手续繁琐、境外人民币来源不足、人民币跨境结算成本较高、人民币境外认可程度低,以及人民币汇率波动加大将对业务产生不利影响等问题,为此,本文提出了相应的对策建议。
In order to study the RMB settlement of cross-border trade in China deeply, the questionnaire was designed for the enterprises in XinJiang,and it was made statistical analysis based on the results of the questionnaire survey.This paper analyzes the basic characteristics and the problems of the RMB settlement of cross-border trade in XinJiang.According to the results, the US dollar is still the main currency in the cross-border trade settlement, and the share of RMB is not high.The choice of the settlement currency is affected by the trade partner. The current problems of RMB cross-border trade settlement include: Business procedure is complicated; Off-shore RMB is insufficient;The cost of the business need to be further reduced; Approval degree of RMB outside China is at the low level;The increasing RMB exchange rate volatility will do the negative effect on the business.Therefore, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
