新疆增强商品出口能力顺应了“新时代”推进贸易强国建设的要求。本文应用主成分分析法对中国及蒙古、俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、吉尔吉斯斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、巴基斯坦的贸易便利化水平进行分析,并应用拓展的贸易引力模型分析了贸易便利化水平对中国新疆向其周边国家商品出口贸易的影响。得出以下结论:中国贸易便利化水平相对较高且稳定;海关边境、物流运输、金融和电子商务对新疆商品出口起着促进作用。
This article analyzes the trade facilitation levels in China and Mongolia, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Pakistan and impact on export trade to its six neighboring countries from point to face by using the principal component analysis method and extended trade gravity model. It is concluded that the level of trade facilitation in China is relatively high and stable; customs borders, logistics and transportation, finance, and e-commerce play a catalytic role in the export trade of commodities in Xinjiang. It also gives suggestions on improving the level of trade facilitation and promoting export trade of commodities in Xinjiang .
