中国和白俄罗斯以共建丝绸之路经济带为契机,推动经贸合作向纵深方向发展。研究中国和白俄罗斯贸易现状可以发现,两国经贸合作稳步向好,经贸合作潜力较大,产业互补性强,中白工业园区发挥着“一带一路”园区建设的示范作用。但与此同时,两国经贸合作中仍然存在经济体制差异、白俄罗斯国内通货膨胀风险和经济发展不稳定、制度环境有待改善及贸易便利化程度低等问题。今后应通过构建双边互利共赢的命运共同体、构建中白两国合作长效机制、提升投资便利化水平等措施来推进两国贸易、投资和产能合作的深化发展。

Taking the opportunity of jointly building the silk road economic belt, the economic and trade cooperation between China and Belarus has been deepening, gradually shifting from simple commodity trade to economic and technological cooperation and production capacity cooperation. The development of economic and trade cooperation is of great practical significance to the economic restructuring, industrial up grading and the up grading of the global value chain of the two countries. The economic and trade cooperation between two countries has been steadily improving. Sino-Belarus industrial park is playing an exemplary role in the construction of the Belt and Road industrial park. The economic and trade cooperation between China and Belarus has great potential and the industries are highly complementary to each other. However, at the same time, there are also problems such as economic system differences between the two countries, inflation risks and unstable economic development, institutional environment to be improved and low degree of trade facilitation in Belarus. This paper proposes to promote the deepening development of bilateral trade, investment and production capacity cooperation by building a mutually beneficial community of common destiny, building a long-term cooperation mechanism between China and Belarus, and upgrading the level of investment facilitation.
