新疆棉花加工能力波动状况及影响因素

Abstract: This paper, taking acquisition processing enterprises of cotton as an example,employs statistical analysis method and coefficient of variation method to discuss the situation of cotton processing,processing capacity of the cycle fluctuation and influencing factors in Xinjiang.The results show that the number of cotton processing enterprises and the inspection ability of cotton are showing a steady upward trend after the new system reform.There were five cycles in cotton processing capacity.The longest period lasted for 7 years, the shortest period 4 years from 1990 to 2014.Analysis shows that: the number of cotton processing enterprises in Xinjiang and the inspection ability of cotton are showing a steady upward trend after the new system reform. It is a longer period of time of processing capacity fluctuations situation.Cotton processing cost is the main factor which is affecting the processing capacity of the enterprise.

摘要： 本文以新疆棉花收购加工企业为研究对象,采用统计分析方法探讨了新疆棉花加工情况、加工能力的波动周期以及影响因素。分析表明:新体制下,新疆棉花加工企业数和棉花检验量总体上都呈稳步上升趋势,但出现小幅波动。分析发现,1990年—2014年的25年间新疆皮棉加工能力共出现5个波动周期,最长的周期是7年,最短的周期是4年,可见,新疆皮棉加工能力波动周期较长。分析还发现,籽棉加工成本是影响企业加工能力的主要因素。
