Abstract

Abstract: This paper elaborated two countries Germany, Singapore experience in real estate development and real estate market macro-control measures, analyzes the two countries to realize the path of the “house” is used to live and mechanism, to promote the healthy development of real estate market in our country, insist on “the house is used to live, not to fry” position to provide the reference and reference.

摘要： 本文详细梳理了德国、新加坡两国的房地产发展经验和房地产市场调控措施,分析了两国实现房屋居住功能的路径和机制,为我国推动房地产市场健康发展、坚持“房子是用来住的、不是用来炒的”的定位提供参考和借鉴。
