Abstract: The supreme power of the Central Bank of Kyrgyzstan is mergedand exercised by an institution, namely, the board of directors of the central bank. The Central Bank of Kyrgyzstan has 24 functional departments, 5 regional offices and 1 representative office in the establishment of internal institutions and branches. This paper expounds the main responsibilities of internal institutions and branches of the Central Bank of Kyrgyzstan, and from the perspective of the three functions that the central bank is the issuing bank, the bank of the banks and the bank of the government,this paper analyzes the main functions of the Central Bank of Kyrgyzstan in detail, and summarizes the enlightenment of its structure and function to our country's central bank.

摘要： 吉尔吉斯斯坦中央银行的最高权力是合并由一个机构来行使,即中央银行的董事会。在内部机构和分支机构设置方面,吉尔吉斯斯坦中央银行设有24个职能部门、5个地区办事处和1个代表处。本文阐述了吉尔吉斯斯坦中央银行内部机构和分支机构的主要职责,并从中央银行是发行的银行、银行的银行和政府的银行三大基本职能出发,具体分析了吉尔吉斯斯坦中央银行的主要职能及其对我国中央银行的启示。
