Forming a new pattern of integration of urban-rural economic and social development is very important. This paper selects 18 indicators from three aspects planning to build a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban-rural integration, and uses principal component analysis to evaluate the level of urban-rural integration of Gansu Province in 2008-2017 and 14 cities and prefectures in 2008 and 2017. Therefore, this paper puts forward some countermeasures ang suggestions,such as strengthening the planning guidance,strengthening the economic strength of the county,and implementing the strategy of rural vitalization.
