With the globalization of economy and the rapid development of information technology, the organizational field at the middle level has increasingly become the focus and hotspot of researchers. This paper uses CiteSpace's scientific measurement method to analyze existing literature. By combing through the literature for nearly 20 years, it is found that the disciplinary distribution of the organization's field mainly focuses on sociology and management economics, but the related research topics are scattered and the focus is not clear. Further systematically sort out the development context of the organization's field, author's volume and author, institutional cooperation network analysis, etc., summarize the research status of the organization's field, and clarify the trend of the organization's field, and also help to promote the better development of the organization's field. Finally, look forward to future research.
