The supreme power of the Central Bank of Kyrgyzstan is mergedand exercised by an institution, namely, the board of directors of the central bank. The Central Bank of Kyrgyzstan has 24 functional departments, 5 regional offices and 1 representative office in the establishment of internal institutions and branches. This paper expounds the main responsibilities of internal institutions and branches of the Central Bank of Kyrgyzstan, and from the perspective of the three functions that the central bank is the issuing bank, the bank of the banks and the bank of the government,this paper analyzes the main functions of the Central Bank of Kyrgyzstan in detail, and summarizes the enlightenment of its structure and function to our country's central bank.
