    Research on the Spatial Spillover Effect of National Audit Promoting Regional High-Quality Development

    Regional high-quality development serves as the core task for advancing Chinese modernization, and national auditing acts as a crucial support and key safeguard for promoting such development. This study has elucidated the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of regional high-quality development across 30 provincial-level regions in China from 2006 to 2019. It further investigated the spatial spillover effects and the underlying mechanisms through which national auditing drives regional high-quality development. The findings indicated that China's regional high-quality development level showed an upward trend. However, the disparities among provinces gradually widened and exhibited significant positive spatial autocorrelation. National auditing was found to significantly promote regional high-quality development and demonstrated positive spatial spillover effects. It contributed to this development across multiple dimensions including economic growth, scientific and technological culture, urban and rural construction, openness to the global economy, and people's livelihoods. Furthermore, national auditing positively influenced regional high-quality development by constraining government intervention.

    Evaluation and Spatiotemporal Evolution Analysis of High-Quality Development Level of Social Work in China LI Gang

    Promoting high-quality development of social work is vital to national economy, people's livelihoods, and social stability. This paper constructs an evaluation index system for the high-quality development of social work, uses the entropy method to evaluate the development level of social work in 31 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) in China from 2018 to 2023. The results show that the high-quality development of social work in China is getting better and better, but the overall level is relatively low, and the main constraints are the ability of social workers and the conditions of facilities. In terms of balance, the level of high-quality development of social work in China shows a decreasing trend from the eastern, central to the western regions, but the imbalance in the high-quality development level of social work among provinces is decreasing, and the regional differences are the most critical factor for the imbalance in the high-quality development of social work. In the future, it is necessary to establish and improve the mechanism and system for promoting the high-quality development of social work in a classified manner, promote the integrated development of the systematization, professionalization and vocationalization of social work, accelerate the improvement of the shortcomings in the ability of social workers, facility conditions, social governance and public services, and further promote the high-quality development of social work.

    Combination of Equity Incentive Models, Heterogeneity of Management Risk Preferences, and Digital Transformation

    Equity incentive is an important institutional arrangement to solve the principal-agent problem, and how to set up equity incentive models to achieve optimal equity incentive effects has always been a widely studied topic. Since 2006, listed companies have successively granted both restricted stocks and stock options as incentive tools to their management in the same equity incentive plan, which is a combination of equity incentive models to adapt to the reality of differences in management risk preferences. This article takes the equity incentives of A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2013 to 2023 as the research sample, exploring the driving effect and mechanism of the combination of equity incentive models on the digital transformation of enterprises. The research shows that the driving effect of the combination of equity incentive models on the digital transformation of enterprises is stronger than that of the single model equity incentive. This effect is mainly reflected in the enterprises that do not combine two jobs and have high equity concentration; The combination of equity incentive models can match the heterogeneity of management's risk preference, optimize the overall risk bearing level of the enterprise, and make the combination of equity incentive models better than the single model equity incentive in driving digital transformation.

    Climate Risks and Digital Transformation of Agribusiness

    Under the backdrop of climate risks, the accelerated digital transformation of agricultural enterprises is of great significance for the sustainable development of China's agriculture. To explore the impact of climate risk on the digital transformation of agricultural enterprises, this study employs a double fixed-effects model to conduct an empirical test based on the micro-data of A-share agricultural enterprises from 2007 to 2022. The results show that climate risk exerts a forcing effect on the digital transformation of agricultural enterprises. The mechanism test indicates that climate risk enhances the environmental attention of executives, thereby promoting the digital transformation of agricultural enterprises. The threshold effect test shows that the forcing effect of climate risk on digital transformation exhibits a single threshold effect. When organizational inertia, governance capacity, and government subsidies reach a certain threshold, the forcing effect changes significantly. The heterogeneity analysis shows that climate risk significantly forces digital transformation of agricultural enterprises with different ownership and governance structures. The forcing effect is stronger for non-state-owned enterprises and those with a unified position of chairman and general manager. However, in terms of regional distribution, the intensification of climate risks only exerts a forcing effect on the digital transformation of agriculture-related enterprises in the eastern region of China.

    The Evolution Features and Influencing Factors of the Global Digital Trade Network

    Digital trade, with its multiple significant advantages such as breaking through geographical limitations and reducing transaction costs, is becoming a key force driving global trade growth and leading the world economic recovery. This paper selects the data of digital trade of major countries worldwide from 2014 to 2023, and uses complex network analysis methods to analyze the spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the global digital trade network. It also uses QAP technical methods to analyze the influencing factors of the evolution of the trade network. The research finds that: the scale of the global digital trade network continues to expand, and the network connections are constantly strengthening; the trade networks of sub-sectors show significant heterogeneity in stable development; there is an unbalanced situation and polarization phenomenon in the evolution of the global digital trade network, and it presents obvious core-periphery structure characteristics; the evolution of global digital trade communities has shifted from "geographical proximity dominance" to "institutional rule dominance"; the global digital trade network maintains a high level of stability under the joint action of time series similarity and node strength heterogeneity; the economic scale differences, economic integration levels, cultural distances, digital infrastructure differences, and geographical proximity of various countries are all important influencing factors in the evolution of the global digital trade network.

    China's PV Module Trade: Evolutionary Pattern, Driving Factors, and Trade Potential

    Faced with the uncertainty of global trade environment, China's PV module trade has shown strong competitiveness in the global PV market. This paper employs social network analysis, the trade dependence index (HM index), and an extended gravity model to analyze the evolutionary pattern, driving factors, and trade potential of China's photovoltaic module trade based on data from 2001 to 2021. The research reveals that since 2001, China's photovoltaic module trade has undergone a three-stage evolutionary pattern of "explosive growth-fluctuating development-sustained growth", with significant potential for development. Economic strength, population size, geographical distance, installed photovoltaic capacity, the degree of environmental regulation have emerged as the main factors influencing China's photovoltaic module export trade. The trade potential of China's photovoltaic module exports exhibits dynamic convergence characteristics and shows heterogeneity towards trade partners with different income levels and regions. To achieve high-quality development, China's PV industry should deepen cooperation with the Belt and Road partner countries and emerging markets through technological innovation, supply chain resilience improvement, and international rule alignment.

    Financial Support for High-Quality Belt and Road Cooperation: Experience Review and Pathway Insights

    Financial support has played a significant role in advancing high-quality Belt and Road Cooperation. This paper systematically reviews the experience and challenges of financial support for high-quality Belt and Road development. The study finds that, throughout this process, multilateral financial cooperation has deepened steadily, the financial support framework has been progressively strengthened, investment and financing projects have been steadily implemented, and policy banks, commercial banks, and insurance institutions have worked together to forge a multi-tiered financial support pattern. However, the intensification of external geopolitical risks, an increasingly challenging global economic environment, coupled with internal imbalances in financial resource allocation and acute structural development deficits among partner countries, have created dual pressures — both internal and external — for high-quality Belt and Road cooperation. Going forward, efforts should focus on strengthening information sharing and risk assessment, providing differentiated and diversified financial support, innovating financial resource allocation strategies, and building robust multilateral financial coordination mechanisms. These measures will enable more systematic and targeted financial supply, injecting strong momentum into high-quality Belt and Road cooperation.
