环阿尔泰山跨国旅游合作机制构建研究

摘要： 在环阿尔泰山边境地区建立国际旅游合作区,对于中国、俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦和蒙古四国来说都是一项前所未有的开创性工作。本文基于国家主席习近平提出的“共建丝绸之路经济带”倡议,顺应经济全球化和区域经济一体化发展形势,探讨了环阿尔泰山跨国旅游合作的内涵和理论依据,从经济学、社会学和国际关系视角阐述了环阿尔泰山跨国旅游合作的意义和价值,提出中、俄、哈、蒙四国环阿尔泰山跨国旅游合作机制的设想,以期为环阿尔泰山跨国旅游合作试验区建设提供决策参考。

Abstract: It is a pioneering work to establish an international tourism cooperation zone in the border region of Altai Mountain for China, Russia, Kazakhstan and Mongolia. Based on the strategic concept of "building Silk Road Economic Belt" proposed by the Chinese president Xi Jin-ping, adapting to the development situation of economic globalization and regional economic integration, the connotation and Theory basisof transnational tourism cooperation in Altai Mountain were discussed. From economics, sociology and international relations perspective, the paper described the significance and value of transnational tourism cooperation in Altai Mountain, and also put forward the idea of constructing the transnational tourism cooperation mechanism of Altai Mountain between China, Russia, Kazakhstan and Mongolia. The research results will provide decision-making reference for the construction of transnational tourism cooperation zone in Altai Mountain.
