On Coupling Coordination between Economy and Ecological Environment System in Urumqi

摘要: 本文以乌鲁木齐市的经济生态系统为研究对象,运用耦合协调理论对乌鲁木齐市2003年—2015年经济和生态环境系统的耦合协调发展状态进行了分析,并利用径向基函数神经网络模型模拟经济系统与生态环境系统的内部结构以及要素之间的非线性作用,计算各个因子对耦合协调发展的因子贡献度。研究发现:乌鲁木齐市经济和生态环境系统存在着较为密切的关联,并且关联作用呈逐年增强的趋势,经济和生态环境系统的协调状况总体上呈现逐渐改善的趋势;生态环境系统对耦合协调发展的贡献大于经济系统,各个要素在经济系统与生态环境系统协同发展过程中的作用是不同的,其中,空气质量达标率、垃圾处理率和客运量的贡献作用较大。最后根据实证研究结果提出了相应的建议。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the coupling and coordinated development of economy and ecological environment between 2003 and 2015 in Urumqi, then uses the radial basis function neural network model to simulate the internal structure of Urumqi eco-environment system and the nonlinear function between the elements. Finally, this paper calculates the contribution of each factor to the economic and ecological environment coupling development. Through the study, it found that economic and ecological environment in Urumqi are more closely related, and the correlation function presents the strengthening trend year by year. Overally, the coordination of economic and ecological environment has gradually improved. The contribution of the ecological environment system to coupling coordinated development is greater than the economic system, the elements in the process of coordinated development of economic and ecological environment play different role, for example, air quality, garbage disposal rate, passenger volume and other indicators contribute more. Finally, according to the research results, this paper puts forward corresponding suggestions.
