人力资源管理对创新作用的研究述评

摘要: 本文基于单一的人力资源管理和人力资源管理系统的角度对人力资源管理实践与员工创造力/个体创新、组织创新的研究进行了回顾。结果发现:基于行为视角进行的研究成果未被充分借鉴;人力资源管理实践与组织创新的早期研究基本都是用静态、割裂和工具的视角看待二者之间的关系,而且近期研究缺乏对二者之间作用机制和作用条件的探寻。基于此,本文提出未来研究方向:即创新导向人力资源实践活动的探索、二者之间作用机制和作用条件的研究以及人力资源管理实践对不同创新阶段和创新形式的作用研究。

Abstract: From the specific human resources and human resources systems perspective,the research reviewed existed research result of human resources management and innovation and found that research mainly exist in the following problems.Based on the perspective of behavior research achievement has not been fully learn,and early study of human resource management practices and organizational innovation,the relationship between human resource management practices and innovation was treated with the static,fragmented and tools view,meanwhile recent research,the study of mechanism and conditions between the two was lack.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes the future research direction of innovation oriented human resource practice exploration,mechanisms study between the two and human resource management support on the different stages of innovation and innovative forms.
