新疆科技型企业协同创新能力的影响因素分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 科技发展对地区及国家经济的发展起着至关重要的作用。本文结合新疆科技型企业协同创新面临的现实,对新疆科技型企业协同创新能力影响因素进行实证研究,结果表明:科技创新人才、资金、合作模式、风险及利益分配机制对新疆科技型企业协同创新能力呈正相关关系。因此,应从科技型人才资源利用的最优化、优化融资渠道保证资金供给、推动协同创新合作模式创新及完善风险及利益分配机制等方面采取有效措施。

关键词: 科技型企业, 内部协同, 外部协同, 协同创新

Abstract: The development of science and technology plays a vital role in developing regional and national economy.Through the analysis of the present situation of the collaborative innovative ability of Xinjiang science and technology enterprises as well as the empirical research on its influencing factors,it shows that the innovative talents of science and technology,capital,cooperation mode,risk and profit allocation mechanism are positively related to the collaborative innovative ability of Xinjiang science and technology enterprises.Therefore,effective measures should be taken by optimizing the utilization of the science and technology talent resource,optimizing financing channels to ensure supply of funds,promoting collaborative innovation cooperation model and improving the risk and the interest distribution mechanism,and so on.
