本文利用江苏省水稻种植户调研数据,实证检验风险偏好与农户外包决策之间的关系,同时探究风险认知在风险偏好影响农户外包决策过程中所产生的中介效应。研究结果表明:水稻高风险生产环节外包行为受农户风险偏好的影响,低风险生产环节外包则未表现出这一特征;外包风险认知水平的提高会提高水稻生产环节外包程度;风险偏好通过影响风险认知进而对农户外包决策产生影响,即风险认知的中介作用明显。因此,要促进农户农业生产外包,政府除应提供相应的外包服务外,还需通过政策宣传、知识普及等形式,提高农户对外包的风险认知水平。
This paper uses the survey data of rice growers in Jiangsu Province to empirically test the relationship between risk attitudes and farmers' decision-making of outsourcing and to explore the mediating effect of risk perception in the process of risk preference affects outsourcing decision making. The results show that the outsourcing behavior of rice high-risk production is affected by farmers' risk bias. The low-risk production chain outsourcing does not show this feature; the improvement of outsourcing risk cognition level will promote the outsourcing degree of rice production; risk preference affects the decision-making of outsourcing by influencing risk cognition, that is, the mediating role of risk cognition is obvious. Therefore, in order to improve the agricultural outsourcing, in addition to providing corresponding outsourcing services, the government also needs to promote the risk awareness of outsourcing by means of policy publicity and knowledge popularization.
