Abstract: Under the new historical background of starting China's modernization drive, it is important to consolidate and expand the achievements of poverty alleviation, and then comprehensively implement the rural revitalization strategy. The strategy can help to accelerate agricultural and rural modernization, mainly determining the development quality of the new stage and having great significance. Therefore, this paper focuses on the rural revitalization strategy, first gaining insight into its connotation and extension, objectives, and requirements systematically. Then we investigate the strategic system of the rural revitalization strategy from the perspective of "five activation", "Five in One", and "five pairs of relations" respectively. In addition, we summary the policy design of the rural revitalization strategy from five dimensions: rural industry, rural ecology, rural culture, rural governance, and rural social security. Finally, some feasible paths are proposed to achieve the rural revitalization strategy.

摘要： 迈进新的历史关口,起步现代化国家新征程,巩固和拓展脱贫攻坚成果,全面实施乡村振兴战略、加快农业农村现代化、做好“三农”工作,是新发展阶段实现高质量发展、全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重中之重。本文从乡村振兴战略视角对乡村振兴战略的内涵与外延、目标与要求进行详细解读;通过“五个激活”驱动、“五位一体”协同和“五对关系”把控构建乡村振兴战略体系;从乡村产业、乡村生态、乡村文化、乡村治理和乡村社会保障5个维度进行乡村振兴战略的政策设计;最后提出乡村振兴战略的路径选择。
