This paper selects online text data and takes 21 scenic spots in Xinjiang that have been selected as "100 Excellent Red Tourism Routes in the Centenary of the Founding of the Communist Party of China" as an example to compare and analyze the red tourism experience texts and red cultural dissemination texts of the scenic spots, so as to explore the integration and practice of red culture of the centennial culture of the founding of the Communist Party of China (CPC). The results show that when it comes to red tourism in Xinjiang, tourists have the strongest perception of the carrier of red culture and can have a certain sense of identification with red culture, and the educational function of red tourism is relatively significant. At the same time, the positive emotions of tourists during the tour are conducive to their happiness. In the future, it is of great necessity to further promote the integrated development of "red culture +" in Xinjiang, improve the integration of red culture with the help of modern science and technology, strengthen the creative design and brand building of red cultural products, and expand the influence of red culture with the help of marketing, better inherit red culture, and promote the healthy and rapid development of red tourism in Xinjiang.

Construction and Application of China's Financial Stress Index Based on Dynamic CRITIC Weighting Method and Financial Risk Identification
    ZHU Zhichuan, JIANG Ben
    2024, (1):  21-33.  doi: 10.16716/j.cnki.65-1030/f.2024.01.003
    Abstract ( )   HTML ( )   PDF (4683KB) ( )   Save

Reasonable measurement and accurate identification of financial market risks are of great significance for stabilizing the economy and effectively preventing financial risks. According to the characteristics of China's financial market, this paper uses the dynamic CRITIC method to establish the measurement model to calculate the financial stress index, and estimates and identifies the distribution and risk state of financial stress index through non-parametric statistical kernel density method and B-N data decomposition method and the Markov Regime Switching Model is used to test the high and low risk transformation probability of financial stress index to compare with the results identified by deterministic items. The research results indicate that the financial pressure index based on dynamic CRITIC weighting method can better reflect the extreme values and financial risks of the financial market. Random shocks are an important factor affecting China's financial pressure index, and both financial risk identification methods can identify the financial risk status and each has its own advantages. In the future, it is of great necessity to establish a more complete risk measurement index system, further improve the regulatory system, and strengthen macro-prudential management and prevention of financial risks.

Based on the provincial level panel data in China from 2013 to 2020, the paper analyzes the influence mechanism and heterogeneity of digital economy on the high-quality development of green economy. The results show that digital economy can effectively promote the high-quality development of green economy, digital economy promotes high-quality development of green economy by upgrading of industrial structure and technological innovation. The influence of digital economy on the high-quality development of green economy is more significant in the eastern and central regions, but not in the western and northeast regions. With policy support, digital economy has a greater impact on the development level of green economy, policy advantages can enhance the impact of the digital economy on the high-quality development of the green economy. Therefore, it is suggested to speed up the innovation of digital economy infrastructure and technology, steadily promote the coordinated deve-lopment of regional digital economy, deepen the integration of digital economy and green economy, so as to promote the high-quality development of green economy.

    BAI Yanfeng, YANG Yushi
    2024, (1):  45-55.  doi: 10.16716/j.cnki.65-1030/f.2024.01.005
    Abstract ( )   HTML ( )   PDF (1118KB) ( )   Save

China's environmental regulations are increasingly strengthening, green innovation has become the main path for enterprises to solve environmental difficulties and achieve sustainable development. Using data samples from manufacturing listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2012 to 2021, this study empirically investigates the relationships among environmental regulations, R&D investment and green innovation of enterprises. The results indicate that the impact of environmental regulations on green innovation of enterprises shows a U-shaped trend of inhibition followed by promotion, and R&D investment can positively regulate the impact of environmental regulations on green innovation of enterprises. Further research has found that environmental regulations have a dual threshold effect on the impact of green innovation in enterprises; the impact of environmental regulations on green innovation in enterprises includes regional heterogeneity, property heterogeneity, and industry heterogeneity, and the regulatory effect of R&D investment also has the same heterogeneity. Therefore, it is necessary to synergistically promote environmental protection and economic development, strengthen the dual environmental responsibility of the government and enterprises, and enhance the public's awareness of environmental protection, rely on big data technology to improve the quality and efficiency of environmental supervision, fully consider the heterogeneity of environmental regulations and formulate differentiated environmental policies to fully leverage the policy effects of environmental regulations.

The Impact of Government Social Security Employment Expenditure on Urban-Rural Income Gap: Mechanisms and Evidence
    ZHANG Kaiqiang
    2024, (1):  56-67.  doi: 10.16716/j.cnki.65-1030/f.2024.01.006
    Abstract ( )   HTML ( )   PDF (1980KB) ( )   Save

The dual structure of urban and rural areas is the main obstacle to the development of urban-rural integration. The government's social security employment expenditure is an important policy tool for promoting urban-rural integration development, facilitating the flow of urban-rural factors, and narrowing the urban-rural gap. Based on the panel data of prefecture-le-vel cities in China from 2008 to 2018, the paper systematically analyzes the role or effect of social security employment expenditure on income distribution of urban and rural residents. The results show that an increase in social security employment expenditure will be beneficial for increasing labor mobility and improving urbanization levels, thereby reducing the income gap between urban and rural residents in the region. Therefore, in the future, it is necessary to optimize the structure and policy of social security employment expenditure, continue to enhance the awareness of urban and rural residents in participating in social insurance, establish a long-term mechanism for the urbanization of agricultural transfer population, and leverage the effe-ctiveness and timeliness of social security employment expenditures to promote urban-rural integration development.

An Analysis of Evolution of Trade Network Relationships of Chinese Medicinal Materials Between China and the Countries along the Belt and Road and Influencing Factors
    CHENG Yunjie, GONG Guiying
    2024, (1):  68-80.  doi: 10.16716/j.cnki.65-1030/f.2024.01.007
    Abstract ( )   HTML ( )   PDF (5655KB) ( )   Save

It is of great significance to explore the evolution of the trade network of Chinese herbal medicines between China and the countries along the Belt and Road for the construction of the human health community. By selecting trading data of Chinese medicinal materials between China and the countries along the Belt and Road from 2011 to 2020, the paper clarifies the evolution of trade network relationships of Chinese medicinal materials between China and the countries along the Belt and Road and the status and role of China in this trade network. The results show that China is in the central position in the Belt and Road Chinese medicinal materials trade network, and the total import and export trade of Chinese medicinal materials shows a fluctuating trend; the trade links of Chinese medicinal materials among countries jointly building the Belt and Road have gradually increased; GDP scale, border distance, language and other factors will have an impact on the trade relationship between the two countries. In the future, it is of necessity to continue to expand the import and export trade of Chinese medicinal materials with countries jointly building the Belt and Road, build an exclusive international logistics channel and personnel training system for Chinese medicinal materials, promote the culture of Chinese medicine, and strengthen exchanges and cooperation with countries jointly building the Belt and Road.
