Based on the network travel notes and using ROST-CM and Arcgis software, This paper analyzes the space-time characteristics of Xinjiang's self-driving tourist flow through interpretation of the semantic network, and picking up the geographic location information The following findings were obtained: (1) The temporal characteristics of Xinjiang's self- driving tourist flows are high concentration degree and uneven distribution during the year, mainly in July, August and September. So tourist season is obvious. (2) The self-driving tourist market in Xinjiang is highly concentrated in more developed regions such as Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangdong, and the eastern coastal regions and the more developed areas of the central region, including Hubei and Chongqing etc., The local self-driving tourist market in Xinjiang has a large potential, and the proportion of tourists from the neighboring provinces is not high.(3)The spatial distribution of Xinjiang's self- driving is wide, performing the attribute of patchy and zonal distribution. The spatial density is uneven, the cold and hot spots with circle distribution is obvious. (4) The spatial trajectory of self-driving tourists in Xinjiang is radial with multiple core nodes. The density of nodes in northern Xinjiang is higher than that in southern Xinjiang and eastern Xinjiang. The connecting points in northern Xinjiang are concentrated in Urumqi, Karamay, Yining etc. The points in eastern Xinjiang are Hami City, Balikun, Naomaohu Town in the Hami region. The junctions in southern Xinjiang are mainly concentrated in the Kashgar and the Hetian region, showing a trend of a large dispersion and a small concentration.

    Dilgina·Dilxat, Xu Xiaoxue
    2019, (1):  39-45.  doi: 10.16716/j.cnki.65-1030/f.2019.01.005
    Abstract ( )   PDF (983KB) ( )   Save
With the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative, China, Mongolia, Kazakhstan and Russia have formed a subregional economic circle around the Altai Mountains because of their special geographical location. As an important economic hub leading to Central Asia, economic and trade exchanges have become more frequent and the types of trade have diversified. Intellectual property issues have become important trade barriers. In view of the current economic and trade development of China, Mongolia, Kazakhstan and Russia, it has been found that intellectual property rights awareness is weak and cultural differences are large. Finally, we put forward concrete proposals such as building regional intellectual property integration between China, Kazakhstan and Russia, and establishing a four-country intellectual property information base and early warning service platform.

    Liang Hongjun, Liu Fang
    2019, (1):  46-53.  doi: 10.16716/j.cnki.65-1030/f.2019.01.006

To promote the development of the urbanization of the Corps, it's necessarty to attach great importance to the effective use of water resources. In this paper, the coupling coordination model and the obstacle degree model are used to evaluate the coupling degree of urbanization development and water resources utilization of the Corps and explore its obstacle factors. The results show that the coupling degree of urbanization development and water resources utilization of the Corps is low, but it presents an improving trend overall which has shifted from low imbalance to low coupling coordination. The main obstacle factors affecting the coupling and coordination relationship between them are the water production modulus, the ecological environment water use rate, the harmless treatment rate of domestic garbage, the agricultural water use rate, the urban population proportion and the Engel coefficient of urban residents. The poor industrial structure and low level of social service have affected the optimal utilization of water resources of the XPCC. The water endowment conditions and water environment improvement capabilities have also constrained the quality of the XPCC's urbanization development. To this end, it proposes five suggestions for optimizing the industrial structure, relying on scientific and technological progress, increasing the urban green space, ensuring ecological water rights, and improving the quality of citizens' popular science.

    2019, (1):  54-62.  doi: 10.16716/j.cnki.65-1030/f.2019.01.007
    Abstract ( )   PDF (1007KB) ( )   Save
As the core area of the “Belt and Road” construction, Xinjiang's export trade volume has been in a steady growth trend. However, in 2015-2017, the development of Xinjiang's foreign trade exports suffered setbacks and the export volume declined. Xinjiang's foreign trade export is in a new era of new and old kinetic energy conversion, and cultivating new development momentum of foreign trade export is an inevitable requirement for entering foreign trade in the new era. Based on the analysis of the status quo and characteristics of Xinjiang's foreign trade export supply, this paper uses the extended trade gravity model to analyze the factors affecting Xinjiang's foreign trade supply, and finally proposes to improve the export supply mode; actively develop other trade methods; optimize Xinjiang's export supply. Measures such as the trade structure of commodities, in order to enhance the export supply of Xinjiang's foreign trade.
