Based on the theoretical analysis of the relationship among FDI, foreign trade, logistics industrial cluster and manufacturingadded value, using the panel data of 31 provinces from the year 2003 to 2014,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the FDI and foreign trade moderating effect. The results show that logistics industrial cluster has a positive impact on the manufacturing added value. In addition, FDI prominently moderates the relationship between logistics industrial cluster and manufacturingadded value. That is to say, the more FDI, the mor manufacturing added valueis. What's more, the development level of foreign trade has little effect on the adjustment of logistics industrialcluster and manufacturing added value.

    2017, (6):  21-29.  doi: 10.16716/j.cnki.65-1030/f.2017.06.003

This paper employs factor analysis to extract four factors to reflect the operational efficiency of the charity foundation from different perspectives. The results of nonparametric test and linear regression analysis show that the operating efficiency is different between public-offering and non-public-offering foundations and different between nationwide foundations and local ones as well. In terms of overall operational efficiency, non-public-offering foundations are better than public-offering foundations. From the view of comprehensive efficiency, the usage of resources and the efficiency of the project operating, nationwide foundations are all better than the local foundations. The longer the foundation is established, the greater ability it is to obtain and use the more resources, but the organization's management efficiency is even worse. The scale of the foundation is positively correlated to the overall efficiency, resource obtaining and usage capacity. And what's more, there is a significant negative correlation betweenthe foundation scale and the efficiency of the charity project operating.

High-tech service industry is an important component and growth engine of the high-tech industry. The paper comprehensively and objectively estimates high-tech service industry development environment of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps by using the combination weighting method of entropy weight and variation coefficient and establishing diamond structure model. The conclusions are the following: firstly, seeing from the proportion of industry investment, high-tech service industry of the Corpsdoesn't develop evenly and“one sector dominance”phenomenon is very conspicuous. Secondly, from the comprehensive evaluation score of high-tech service industry developing environment, the Corps is the sixth among the region of the five northwestern provinces. Looking from each item of sub-environment score, the Corps gets low scores from which reflecting the developing foundation of high-tech- service industry in the Corps is really vulnerable. Therefore, it is necessary to develop by leveraging and integrating to boost development of high technology service industry in Corps with innovative thinking and broad visions.
