    Research on the Supporting System for the Development of People’s Livelihood Urbanization in China

    People’s livelihood urbanization with improving people’s livelihood as the fundamental purpose’conforms to the essential requirements of urbanization development. The establishment of China’s people’s livelihood urbanization needs a comprehensive support system. However, the social conflicts, imbalanced economic development, resource shortage, ecological deterioration affect the process of people’s livelihood urbanization. Therefore, from the perspective of coordinated development of complex systems, this paper constructs a support system of China’s livelihood-based urbanization based on the requirements of social harmony, economy, efficiency, resource saving and environment-friendliness from the aspects of society, economy, resources and environment. It also proposes the corresponding safeguard measures.

    A Study of Marital Discrimination in Internet Finance in China——Data from“Renrendai”

    This paper empirically examines the existence of marital discrimination in P2P lending platform, based on the data from “Renrendai” lending platform. In order to investigate the interaction of marriage and sex, the product of the two’s product variable is introduced in this paper. After controlling the order variables and individual variables, the result shows that the investors prefer to lend to the married borrowers and the married men borrowers rather than the divorced borrowers. Furthermore, the study in this paper shows that the married borrowers and the married men borrowers have higher default rates, and the divorced borrowers have lower default rates. Then it can be concluded that the marriage-based discrimination is an irrational behavior. Finally, after two kinds of robustness tests, the conclusion of the paper is still valid.

    A Study of Innovation of New Operational Types of Tourism in Xinjiang

    Takes innovation of new operational types of tourism in Xinjiang as the object, integrating the theory in economics, management, tourism science and tourism, from the three dimensions of demand, internet and competition, this paper analyzes the necessity of new operational types of tourism in Xinjiang and holds that market positioning, product configuration, management and organization form are the key elements. There are two mechanisms: profit model design, community and Internet platform, value of network governance and executive cognitive adaptation are micro-mechanism; planning, financing, including security and rescue system of public service platform, high-end talent training and macro institutional framework are macro-mechanism. And then, this paper puts forward such micro-paths as imitation-absorption-innovation, and innovation-diffusion, cross-border integration as and such macro-path as fanning out from a point to an area, cultivating elements of new operational types and related supporting industries, cultivating administrative environment of new operational types in innovating new operational types of tourism in Xinjiang.

    An Analyses of Implementing Effect on Private Placement Stock Incentives——Based on the Gold Wind Listed Company

    Using event study, selecting the Gold Wind Listed Company as a case, this paper analyses the motive and implementation effect after implementing plans of private placement stock incentive. The results have shown that strong market response occurred after Gold Wind implementing plans on the event day around. Every event’s cumulative abnormal return has significance outcome. It shows evidently effect of stock Incentive. However, the policy place restrictions on this model, incentive object is limited. It is suggested that the companies combine with traditional methods of stock incentive in private placement, get more core technical staff involved in asset management plan. It will create more value for the company.

    With the increasing scarcity of water resources, the transactions of transferable agricultural water rights based on the water market has become the main approach to solve the water crisis in Tarim river basin. For the purpose, based on the existing domestic and foreign researches on water rights trading and market, the paper firstly defines the market of transferable agricultural water rights and analyzes its characteristics, then analyzes the problems that the construction of the market of transferable agricultural water rights exists, and finally discusses the main contents of the construction of the market of transferable agricultural water rights. And this can be used as a reference for the future trade of the market of transferable agricultural water rights and its construction in Tarim river basin.

    Evaluation of Human Settlement Quality in Xinjiang Based on Harmonious Society Theory

    Based on Harmonious Society Theory, this paper constructs the evaluation system of human settlements quality in Xinjiang from six dimensions such as natural environmental quality, economic development quality, quality of life consumption, public service quality, ecological environment quality and legal safety and quality. According to the statistical data of Xinjiang from 2005 to 2014, this paper used improved entropy weight -TOPSIS method to make a quantitative analysis Human settlement quality in Xinjiang. It showed that on the whole, human settlement quality in Xinjiang increased in a steady upward trend, however, the distribution of time period is significant differences; each dimension has its own characteristics, juridical security and ecological environment quality is not stable; the different parts of the state presents a “non-equilibrium, small coordination” development pattern, following North of Xinjiang higher, South of Xinjiang lower. Therefore, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the quality of human living environment in Xinjiang.

    An Analysis of the International Political Economy of“the Silk Road Economic Belt” and “Post-Soviet Space”

    “The Silk Road Economic Belt” and “Post-Soviet Space” are closely related. Through political, diplomatic and economic relationship structure analysis, national spectral sequence is found in the national relationship with Russia as the center, and mostly political diplomatic relations of the Eurasian Economic Union members are close to Russia. On this basis, more attention should be paid to such factor as competition in exploring the overlapping “Silk Road Economic Belt” and “Post-Soviet Space”, and then discussing how to carry out economic cooperation between China and Russia and Central Asian countries, which is the “problem oriented consciousness” indispensable to constructing “the Silk Road Economic Belt”.
