    Xing Xiaobing, Zhang Jie
    2020, (4):  5-14.  doi: 10.16716/j.cnki.65-1030/f.2020.04.001

Because the upgrading of goods export structure is facing external challenges, it is particularly necessary for China to use the upgrading of service export structure to promote innovation and the transformation of economic growth mode. The theoretical analysis of this paper shows that the upgrading of service export structure can promote innovation through resource allocation effect, " learning by export " effect and technology spillover effect, as long as the upgrading of service export structure is consistent with the dynamic changes of comparative advantage of the economy. The conclusion of the empirical research by using the panel data of 41 countries from 2000-2016 is supportive for theoretical analysis. Therefore, China needs to formulate a systematic industrial policy which is coordinated with the differences in the economic development level of regions to promote the upgrading of service export structure.

    2020, (4):  24-31.  doi: 10.16716/j.cnki.65-1030/f.2020.04.003

The problem of information asymmetry is particularly prominent in online transactions whereby adverse selection and moral hazard problems hinder the rational allocation of market resources and healthy development of online transactions. Therefore, the construction and influence effect of reputation mechanism in online market have become hot issues of e-commerce research for recent years. Online reputation mechanism is an effective way to solve information asymmetry. From the perspective of signal display function of online reputation mechanism, the effectiveness of feedback evaluation system and credit score rating system has been confirmed, but the research on the overall internal regularity of reputation mechanism is insufficient. On the other hand, online reputation mechanism is also a kind of signal screening and search mechanism. The online reputation of businesses has a significant impact on their own economic benefits, strategic behavior and consumer behavior decisions. Future research should further accurately depict the online behavior of rational-economic men so as to provide basis for the optimization and implementation of reputation mechanism design.

    Yu Bo, Zhao Wanchun
    2020, (4):  32-44.  doi: 10.16716/j.cnki.65-1030/f.2020.04.004

By constructing a tripartite cooperation evolutionary game model of enterprises, venture capital institutions and commercial banks in the investment-loan linkage model, this paper analyzes the form of the optimal solution and the determinants that affect the optimal strategies of all parties. It has found that firstly, if the financing cost of an enterprise falls or the cost of withdrawing financing rises, the enterprise tends to participate in financing, and compared with the financial cost, the enterprise's expectation has a greater influence on the game decision-making. Secondly, when the enterprise control right is adjusted moderately with the distribution structure of enterprise innovation income, it is beneficial to the tripartite cooperation. However, the excessive transfer of control right will inhibit the cooperation. Thirdly, Government subsidy is conducive to strengthening banks' participation in financing cooperation, and moderate punishment by the government for banks that do not participate in financing is conducive to improving Banks' prudence, but excessive punishment will inhibit the formation of optimal solutions.

    2020, (4):  45-56.  doi: 10.16716/j.cnki.65-1030/f.2020.04.005

This paper uses the input-output method to measure the overall servitization level, input servitization level and output servitization level of China's manufacturing export industry, and uses the DLW method to measure the markups of enterprises. The results show that, on the whole, the servitization level of China's manufacturing exports lags far behind the world's advanced level and the development trend is not good. From the perspective of input, China's service-oriented pioneer industry has a trend of transformation from traditional manufacturing industry to new manufacturing industry; From the perspective of output, the servitization level of all industries showed a downward trend from 2000 to 2014, but the overall servitization level of traditional manufacturing industry was relatively high. China's manufacturing industry in the main export industry enterprise markup rate is not high, only a few industries outstanding performance. On this basis, the econometrics regression method is used to analyze the impact of export servitization on enterprise markups. The results show that output servitization and the enhancement of enterprise internal governance have a significant promoting effect on the enhancement of enterprise markups.

The rapid development and long-term trend of COVID-19 in Russia has had a serious negative impact on its already fragile economic growth. Not only have Russia's plans for "breakthrough growth" and "new investment cycle" been put on hold, but the huge amount of financial resources consumed by anti-epidemic and anti-crisis measures has raised the short-term risks of the Russian economy to a very high level. As a result of the outbreak, the domestic economy stopped, the tendency of household consumption and savings changed, and the energy market remained sluggish in the long-term context of the outbreak, Russian economic growth faced the risk of long-term stagnation and"zombification". Russia's current strategy of regional and international economic cooperation is not conducive to economic recovery and the country needs a fundamental change in the dynamic structure of investment, consumption and export, among which more open and inclusive international economic and trade cooperation is crucial to Russia's economic growth.

In 2015, Russia suffered economic sanctions from the US and Europe, followed by the launch of import substitution strategy. So far, Russia's import substitution has achieved certain results. Domestic production has made up for the decline in imports in terms of total volume, however, individual fields such as livestock products and key technical equipment still cannot completely replace the imports from western countriesstructurally.2015 is also the first year of the formal operation of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU). The member states generally follow Russia to implement import substitution, showing a certain overall development path. However, the import substitution of the four member countries presents distinct characteristics, being "supplementary", "independent", "dependent"or"export-oriented".This shows that while paying attention to the integrity of the EEU, the individuality of its member countries should also be attached importance to.
