组织场域的研究现状分析及展望——基于CiteSpace的图谱量化研究

摘要： 随着经济全球化以及信息技术的快速发展,处于中观层的组织场域日益成为研究者关注的重点及热点。本文运用CiteSpace的科学计量方法,对已有研究组织场域的文献进行分析。通过梳理近20年的文献,发现关于组织场域的学科分布主要集中社会学以及管理经济学,但是相关的研究主题较为分散、重点不清晰。通过进一步系统梳理组织场域的发展脉络、作者发文量以及作者合作网络、机构合作网络等方面,总结组织场域的研究现状,明晰组织场域的研究趋势,有助于推动组织场域的研究。

Abstract: With the globalization of economy and the rapid development of information technology, the organizational field at the middle level has increasingly become the focus and hotspot of researchers. This paper uses CiteSpace's scientific measurement method to analyze existing literature. By combing through the literature for nearly 20 years, it is found that the disciplinary distribution of the organization's field mainly focuses on sociology and management economics, but the related research topics are scattered and the focus is not clear. Further systematically sort out the development context of the organization's field, author's volume and author, institutional cooperation network analysis, etc., summarize the research status of the organization's field, and clarify the trend of the organization's field, and also help to promote the better development of the organization's field. Finally, look forward to future research.
