城乡一体化发展水平测度与分析——以甘肃省为例

摘要： 加快形成城乡经济社会一体化发展新格局是全面建成小康社会、实现城乡社会经济发展方式转型的重要举措。本文从城乡发展、城乡差异和城乡统筹3个方面选取18个指标构建城乡一体化综合评价指标体系,运用主成分分析法对甘肃省2008年—2017年及14个市州2008年和2017年的城乡一体化水平进行测评。结果表明,近10年来甘肃省城乡一体化发展水平呈逐年提升态势,但其各市州城乡一体化发展差异较大。因此,提出了强化规划引领、壮大县域经济实力、实施乡村振兴战略等对策建议。

Abstract: Forming a new pattern of integration of urban-rural economic and social development is very important. This paper selects 18 indicators from three aspects planning to build a comprehensive evaluation index system of urban-rural integration, and uses principal component analysis to evaluate the level of urban-rural integration of Gansu Province in 2008-2017 and 14 cities and prefectures in 2008 and 2017. Therefore, this paper puts forward some countermeasures ang suggestions,such as strengthening the planning guidance,strengthening the economic strength of the county,and implementing the strategy of rural vitalization.
