Abstract: There have been reached a consensus about the financial Inclusion promoting the shared development, but there is little literature about the research on the extent of the support of all dimensions of inclusive finance in different regions for the shared development. We uses zonal regression analysis of the panel data from 2006—2016,and explain how each dimension of inclusive finance contributes to the shared development in different regions. The research proved that the use basis, use conditions and service quality of financial services in the central and western regions as well as frontier regions lag behind those in the eastern region, and infrastructure, government intervention, industrial restructuring, and human capital investment in the central and western regions and border areas were significantly better than those in the eastern region, however the upgrading of industrial structure in the eastern region is more significant role.
