A Study of Innovation of New Operational Types of Tourism in Xinjiang

Abstract: Takes innovation of new operational types of tourism in Xinjiang as the object, integrating the theory in economics, management, tourism science and tourism, from the three dimensions of demand, internet and competition, this paper analyzes the necessity of new operational types of tourism in Xinjiang and holds that market positioning, product configuration, management and organization form are the key elements. There are two mechanisms: profit model design, community and Internet platform, value of network governance and executive cognitive adaptation are micro-mechanism; planning, financing, including security and rescue system of public service platform, high-end talent training and macro institutional framework are macro-mechanism. And then, this paper puts forward such micro-paths as imitation-absorption-innovation, and innovation-diffusion, cross-border integration as and such macro-path as fanning out from a point to an area, cultivating elements of new operational types and related supporting industries, cultivating administrative environment of new operational types in innovating new operational types of tourism in Xinjiang.
