Discussion would be carried upon international and domestic regional cooperation and border regional development under east-west two-way opening-up,the internal mechanism and governance strategy of urban agglomeration economic geography evolution,regional coordination and major national development strategies,theoretical system construction and research method innovation of economic geography with Chinese characteristics and so forth. The conference provided rich theoretical experience and practical inspiration for the construction of a new paradigm of high-quality development of the regional economy in the new era. The Risk of Stock Price Volatility and Its Structural Association in the Spread of COVID-19 Shi Zhenyu, An Bang 2021, (6):  13-25.  doi: 10.16716/j.cnki.65-1030/f.2021.06.002 Abstract ( )   PDF (2271KB) ( )   Save The spread of novel coronavirus pneumonia may exacerbate cross market cross infection and superposition resonance effect of global stock price volatility. The article selects stock index data of twelve stock markets in eleven countries from July 11, 2019 to July 10, 2020, and constructs a global stock market volatility spillover index, risk spillover network and structural correlation matrix based on rolling VAR model in order to explore the time-varying spillover dynamics and spatial transmission paths of the risk of stock price fluctuations in the spread of the corona virus. The study found that novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak, the degree of correlation of stock market volatility increased significantly, and the Risk Spillover level of global stock market rose significantly. The global spread of the epidemic has not only enhanced the intensity of Risk Spillover in the region, but also improved the level of cross Market Risk Spillover in Europe and the United States. This means that while accumulating policy experience in major epidemic risk prevention and control, policy authorities should also pay attention to strengthening the construction of public health emergency management system, reduce the cross market cross infection and superposition resonance of stock price fluctuation risk in the spread of the epidemic, and alleviate the adverse impact of major public health emergencies on the financial market; We should strictly control the risk spillovers from European and American markets and the risk resonance in Asian markets, and pay attention to preventing the imported financial risks from Hong Kong to mainland China's capital market. Afterwards, the topics regarding high-quality development are widely concerned by researchers in different fields. With the help of CiteSpace software, the research literature published by the Chinese Social Science Citation Index source journal from 2018 to 2020 is comprehensively analyzed and visualized, and the research status, research basis and research perspective of domestic high-quality development are discussed, and the research topics and hot topics are reviewed. Based on them, the paper holds that the further research should focus on the influential factors and implementation ways of high-quality development from different perspectives on the new development philosophy, meanwhile, the research on the underdeveloped areas is the direction in order to further explore the research on high-quality development in the future. The results show that the implementation of the new audit reporting standards has enhanced the downward stickiness of audit expenses, that is to say, it has enhanced the characteristics of "easy to rise and difficult to fall", making it more difficult for audit expenses to fall. To cope with it, listed companies need to minimize the negative impact of enhanced audit costs caused by the implementation of the new audit report standards, regulators should strengthen the supervision and management of audit service prices, the firms should formulate a reasonable pricing scheme to maintain a long-term relationship with customers while ensuring the quality of audit work. This research would take Xinjiang inbound tourists as the object of investigation,the image of the destination as the intermediary variable, the tourist satisfaction as the adjustment variable in order to empirically examine the influence mechanism of the quality of service and image perception on the tourists'willingness to re-visit. It is found that the dimension of destination service quality has a differentiated effect on destination image and re-travel intention,the destination image has multiple intermediary effects between service quality and re-travel intention,and satisfaction has a significant regulating impact on the influence of emotional image on tourists're-travel intention. It is obvious that the direct influence and transmission mechanism of tourist destination service quality on tourists'willingness to revisit combined with boundary condition may provide decision-making reference for the high-quality development of inbound tourism. This paper constructs the evaluation index system and measurement method of high-quality development of foreign trade from four aspects： foreign trade scale, foreign trade structure, foreign trade competitiveness and foreign trade sustainability, and makes a theoretical and Empirical Analysis on the industrial path and technical path of OFDI to promote high quality development of foreign trade. The research shows that China's OFDI can significantly promote the high quality development of foreign trade. The intermediary path of industrial structure upgrading and technological progress shows significant presence. It has become one of the important issues to be solved in rural revitalization, agricultural modernization and high-quality transformation of agricultural products. Based on the data of Xinjiang export agricultural products trade in 2002-2018, the calculation and analysis of the quality of Xinjiang export agricultural products, this paper uses the LMDI model to decompose the factors affecting the quality of Xinjiang export agricultural products. The results show that the quality of Xinjiang export agricultural products shows a "continuous decline - inverted U type characteristics - non-linear growth" dynamic trend; the dynamic changes in the quality of Xinjiang export agricultural products are demand effect, dependence effect, economic effect, structural effect, intensity The result of the combined effect of five factors. Among them, the demand effect is the main driving force of Xinjiang export agricultural product quality, and the dependence effect is an important driving force. The economic, structural and intensity effects are only 10.13%. Therefore, we should strictly define the power boundary of "government-market", grasp the strategic basis of "market demand", promote the construction of agricultural product quality standard system throughout "pre-production, production, and post-production", and implement the export market diversification strategy so that quality of agricultural exports in Xinjiang could be improved.
