Abstract:

The coordinated development of rural industrial integration and green agricultural transformation represents a core pathway toward establishing an endogenous development model for rural revitalization. This study constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for rural industrial integration and green agricultural transformation in Northwest China, using coupling coordination model, and synchronization index model. It calculates the coupling degree and coordination level between the two systems, reveals their underlying mechanisms of interaction, and analyzes their temporal evolution trends and regional spatial differences from 2008 to 2022. The findings indicate that the development of rural industrial integration and green agricultural transformation in Northwest China has been weakly synchronized, with limited mutual promotion effects. During the study period, the coupling coordination degree between the two systems gradually improved but remained relatively low, suggesting substantial room for further enhancement. Moreover, there are notable regional disparities in both coupling and coordination levels across the region. Going forward, it is essential to further improve the modern agricultural industrial system, cultivate specialized agricultural talent, increase investment in rural science and technology, and promote synergistic progress in rural industrial integration and green agricultural transformation to empower comprehensive rural revitalization.

摘要：

农村产业融合与农业绿色转型协同发展，是构建乡村振兴内源式发展模式的一条核心路径。文章构建了西北地区农村产业融合与农业绿色转型综合发展水平评价指标体系，并运用耦合协调模型和同步指数模型，测算两系统的耦合度与耦合协调度，揭示两系统的耦合协调机理，以及在2008—2022年间的时间演变趋势及区域空间差异。研究表明：西北地区农村产业融合与农业绿色转型两系统发展的同步性较弱，相互促进作用不明显；研究期内，农村产业融合与农业绿色转型两系统耦合协调度缓慢提升，但协调程度仍不高，尚有较大的提升空间；同时西北地区农村产业融合与农业绿色转型两系统的耦合性和耦合协调性存在一定的地区差异性。今后应进一步完善现代农业产业体系，培育农业专业人才，增加农村科技投入，促进农村产业融合与农业绿色转型协同共进，赋能乡村全面振兴。
