The Experience and Enlightenment of the “Two Rights” Mortgage Financing in Rural Areas in China Gao Yong 2015, (3):  5-11.  Abstract ( )   Save At present,the study of the “two right” mortgage financing problem in rural areas of China is of great practical significance.In recent years,some provinces and cities in China have carried out the pilot project of the “two power” mortgage financing,and has produced relatively extensive experience.However,due to the current law,property rights,social security and other aspects,many bottlenecks still exist,resulting in the promotion of the two power mortgage financing difficulties.In comparison,developed countries have formed a mature rural land property mortgage of theoretical basis and model,which provide a reference for clear property rights,social security and other further promotion“two rights” mortgage loans in China. An Analysis of Features of Individual Investors’Behaviors : Samples from Xinjiang Chen Xiaokun, Wang Fabao 2015, (3):  12-19.  Abstract ( )   Save Individual investors’behavior has a significant impact on the smooth operation of the securities market.In this paper,according to the survey data of 272 individual investors in stock market in Xinjiang,we analyzed the behavior of individual investors of Xinjiang,the results showed that:64% of individual investors have risk awareness in Xinjiang,wherein the degree and duration was positively correlated;68% Investors are more concerned about technical analysis,and in the basic analysis,they are more concerned about microscopic analysis;Xinjiang individual investors generally have such non-rational psychological activities as overconfidence,loss aversion and herd mentality,however,their mental accounting and following the banker psychological activity are not serious. To this end,the relevant departments should conduct effective investor education activities,and investors should cultivate their fine psychological quality,in order to enhance rational investment behavior of investors. A Research on Process of Enterprise Internationalization in Xinjiang From a Four-Dimensional Perspective Nan Xiaofang, Yang Min, Wang Yimin 2015, (3):  20-30.  Abstract ( )   Save With the “going out strategy” and the“developing-the-west strategy”,more and more Xinjiang enterprises go out of China.Considering the process of internationalization,enterprises in Xinjiang have been developed from exporting to a country irregularly,exporting through the agents,further to establishing overseas sales subsidiaries,producing and manufacturing in the overseas.The dates come from the Ministry of Commerce of P.R.C.The research is on the process of enterprise internationalization from a four-dimensional perspective:scope,depth,speed and rhythm.The results show that the enterprises in Xinjiang have a lower scope of the expansion process.The internationalization of the depth is not deep.On the whole,they chose a gradual internationalization road;some companies have an irregular pace.Enterprises in Xinjiang need to further expand the product scope and geographic scope, deepen the depth of the internationalization,adjust the pace of internationalization and accelerate the process of internationalization. A Research on Differences in Time and Space of Urbanization Supported by Fiscal and Financial Policy Xu Min, Zhang Xiaolin 2015, (3):  38-44.  Abstract ( )   Save Using panel data of 14 regions,prefectures and cities in Xinjiang from 2001 to 2012,with financial related rate,financial efficiency, financial and fiscal expenditure as explained variables,the urbanization development level as explained variable,the paper establishes individual time fixed effects model.It is concluded that financial related rate and financial efficiency has an negative effect on development of urbanization while the financial scale and fiscal expenditure has a significant positive effect;financial support for the effects on urbanization exists significant differences and regional differences.It is suggested reduce financial barriers to entry and improve financial coverage,adopt diversified financing channels,broaden the financing channels,strengthen the financial support,narrow the regional differences,implement differential deposit reserve ratio and speed up the economic and financial development of underdeveloped regions. A Research on the Coordinated Development of Urbanization and Modern Services Industry in Northwest Five Provinces Huang Mingfeng, Li Lei 2015, (3):  45-52.  Abstract ( )   Save Since urbanization will support the development of modern service industry and modern service industry will enhance the level of urbanization,the coordinated development of the two are very important in promoting the regional economic growth,Therefore,the paper,by constructing the coordinated development index system between urbanization and modern service industry,measures the coordinated development between urbanization and modern service industry from 2000 to 2012 of the five northwestern provinces.The results showed that:the coordinated development of the two in Shaanxi has experienced disorder — on the verge of imbalance — barely — primary coordinated process and coordination in 12 years;Xinjiang, Qinghai and Ningxia have experienced disorder — on the verge of disorder — barely coordination process;Gansu province is still in a disorder — on the stage of disorder.Generally speaking,types of coordinated development of the five northwestern provinces are changing as time going on.Finally,the paper puts forward that the northwestern provinces should seize the opportunity of constructing the“Silk Road Economic Belt”,working on the urban development strategic plan beneficial to the modern service industry development,making greater efforts in fundamental construction of urban information,to provide favorable guarantee for modern service industry development. A Study of Relationship between Foreign Trade and Economic Growth in Xinjiang ——Based on An Co-integration Analysis Han Yanling, Chen Sanjing 2015, (3):  53-58.  Abstract ( )   Save According to the data from 1978 to 2013 in Xinjiang,by introducing investment variables and constructing VAR co-integration model and VEC model,the paper makes a dynamic analysis of three variables,that is,foreign trade, economic growth and investment The results showed that: in the long run,there is a unique co-integrating relationship among foreign trade,investment and economic growth in Xinjiang. There is a causal relationship between economic growth and foreign trade,individual investments. In short-term,foreign trade and investment are engines of economic growth. In the short-and long-term,foreign trade has a great role in promoting rapid economic growth in Xinjiang.Therefore,it is of great importance to guarantee both the quality and quantity of the trade products and the focus of current policy should be placed on optimizing the investment environment,adjust the industrial structure,improve the additional value of the product and play the core role of Xinjiang as the economic core zone on the Silk Road to promote the corresponding policy to develop foreign trade in Xinjiang. A Research on China (Xinjiang) and Kazakhstan Insurance Cooperation Lu Aizhen, Fei Qing 2015, (3):  59-66.  Abstract ( )   Save Promoting cooperation between China (Xinjiang) and Kazakhstan insurance industry will help enhance the level of opening up of the insurance industry in Xinjiang,and assist Kazakhstan to improve its insurance system,and reinforce cooperation between China (Xinjiang) and Kazakhstan financial sector,and promote the Silk Road economic belt construction.This paper,based on the status of China (Xinjiang) and Kazakhstan insurance industry analyzed the insurance system conditions of both sides from three aspects including the insurance operators,market concentration and insurance regulatory system. From the analysis,it could be seen that market mechanisms and conditions of the cooperation in the insurance industry in China (Xinjiang) and Kazakhstan have basically met,and complementary,which means that complement is between the relative maturity of the insurance institutional mechanisms in China (Xinjiang) and the vast insurance market in Kazakhstan,and the space and potential of cooperation will be enormous.On this basis,for the two subject of government departments and insurance agencies,the paper proposes that advancing China (Xinjiang) and Kazakhstan insurance cooperation should strengthen intergovernmental coordination,and improve the relevant legal system and accelerate designing the pace of related insurance and advancing insurance securitization. An Analysis of International Tourism Cooperation among SCO Member States Yuan Guoli, Wang Ying 2015, (3):  67-72.  Abstract ( )   Save In the background of the “Silk Road Economic Belt”,transnational tourism cooperation has become an excellent entry point to the SCO member states along the Silk Road.After analyzing the present situation of the regional tourism cooperation among SCO member states,this paper argues that the game of the political and economic interests among members,the backward tourism infrastructure, the low degree of tourism cooperation and facilitation,the obstructed language communication,the tourism security risks and so on are the influence factors which hinder the SCO member states for international tourism cooperation,and then analyzes these factors.Therefore, this paper holds that SCO international tourism city alliance should be established to realize the convenience of transnational tourism cooperation; transnational tourism association should be established to play the role of trade associations in promoting transnational tourism cooperation; transnational tourism firms alliance should be constructed to play its subject role in tourism cooperation, so as to lay a good foundation for cross-border tourism cooperation among the SCO members. A Study of Tourist Destination Image Perception in Xinjiang Based on Online Travel Notes Li Cuilin, Zhang Wenxiu 2015, (3):  73-80.  Abstract ( )   Save This paper,through collecting tourists’travel notes in Xinjiang from such tourism websites as“Baidu Travel” and “Mafengwo”,analyzed tourism destination image in Xinjiang from both cognitive and emotional aspect.The main conclusions are as follows:tourism development in different regions of Xinjiang is out of balance,places for tourists to Xinjiang to travel are comparatively centralized;tourists’perceptions to tourism landscape in Xinjiang are different,and cultural perception is not prominent;tourism activities are simple and single,tourist routes for free line,driving travel and related facilities remains to be perfected;travel service reception facilities are to be bettered, and what’s more,the quality of the driver’s tourism reception service should be improved.Therefore,the paper advances that it is of great importance to constitute effective marketing strategies,design specialized tourism products characteristic of ethnic minorities,perfect the tourism reception facilities,strengthen the management of drivers’reception,to promote tourists’perception to destination image in Xinjiang.
