Abstract: Banking industry has tended toward more liberal and opening in five Central Asian Countries since they become independent and has become one of the industries that attract foreign investment. liberalization and opening of banking industry depends on its accession system which leads to disparity of these countries.This paper analyzes the structure of the foreign capital banks and the role in banking industry in these five Central Asian Countries based on the accession system of these countries to make clear the investment potential of the banking industry in these countries and the opportunities for China’s capital to enter into the industry.

摘要： 自独立以来中亚五国的银行业逐步走向自由化和对外开放,成为外国投资的重要行业之一。中亚五国银行业的外资准入制度决定了其自由化和对外开放水平,而其自由化和对外开放水平的差异又决定着中亚五国外资银行结构和地位的不同。本文根据中亚五国银行业的外资准入制度分析了这些国家外资银行的结构及其在银行业中的地位,并以此为视角探讨这些国家银行业的投资潜力和中国资本进入该领域的机会。
