Abstract: Foreign trade policy has direct or indirect influence on a country’s economic development. This paper analyzed the Development and evolution of Kazakhstan’s foreign Trade since its independence,and discussed the influence of foreign trade policy on Kazakhstan’s foreign trade, economic growth,foreign direct investment and foreign direct investment. The main conclusion is that Kazakhstan’s foreign trade policy has effectively expanded its foreign trade scale, maintained a long-term trade surplus, promoted substantial economic growth and rapid economic growth for a long time. It has played a positive role in attracting foreign direct investment and promoted the diversification of foreign investment market year by year.It also aggravates the disadvantages of Kazakhstan’s single industrial structure.
