服务贸易出口结构升级的技术创新效应研究

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 在货物贸易出口结构升级受到外部挑战的情况下,我国利用服务贸易出口结构升级来促进技术创新和经济增长方式转型就显得尤为必要。本文的理论分析表明,服务贸易出口结构升级可以通过资源配置效应、“出口中学”效应和技术溢出效应来推动一国的技术创新,但是一国的服务贸易出口结构升级也需要与该国比较优势的动态变化相适应。本文利用41个国家2000年—2016年跨国面板数据进行实证研究的结果显示,服务贸易出口结构的升级对技术创新会产生积极的促进作用,但是技术含量过高的服务产品出口比重的提升反而对技术创新产生了抑制作用。因此,我国需要根据各地区经济发展水平的差异来制定系统协调的产业政策,以推动服务贸易出口结构升级。

Abstract: Because the upgrading of goods export structure is facing external challenges, it is particularly necessary for China to use the upgrading of service export structure to promote innovation and the transformation of economic growth mode. The theoretical analysis of this paper shows that the upgrading of service export structure can promote innovation through resource allocation effect, " learning by export " effect and technology spillover effect, as long as the upgrading of service export structure is consistent with the dynamic changes of comparative advantage of the economy. The conclusion of the empirical research by using the panel data of 41 countries from 2000-2016 is supportive for theoretical analysis. Therefore, China needs to formulate a systematic industrial policy which is coordinated with the differences in the economic development level of regions to promote the upgrading of service export structure.
